OUR PROJECTS

Multiple school and church sites have been established which are predominantly within the interior of southern Palawan. Despite the remoteness and other challenges, this work provides the Palawano with access to basic life necessities. The work at these sites, which often take 3 to 15 hours of trekking through treacherous terrain to reach, is crucial for community development and infrastructure, including clean water, solar energy, education and medical aid.

Treacherous Access

Remote interior locations are only accessible by lengthy treks, dangerous river crossings, and difficult trails, with frequent encounters with wildlife such as stinging insects and poisonous snakes.

Infrastructure Development

Projects focus on establishing basic necessities like clean water, toilets, solar power, and generators for communication.

Community Support

Development includes building churches, additional classrooms, and staff housing, alongside providing basic medical aid. This work often involves supporting local indigenous communities against environmental challenges and providing educational opportunities in remote areas, all within the context of their culture and their language.
